Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the pkluk website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated by pkluk and accessible at pkluk.im.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager or bet through the pkluk platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual on the pkluk platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a user's pkluk account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses granted to a user's account by pkluk under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a user on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product available through the pkluk platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all pkluk transactions are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all pkluk operational purposes.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkluk platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments published on this page.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with pkluk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions will prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by pkluk.

pkluk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkluk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on file. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkluk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkluk strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be registered in the name of the individual who will use the account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of pkluk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be located in or be a national of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where such prohibition is known to pkluk at the time of access.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any account closure order issued by pkluk or communicated to pkluk through a third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

pkluk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to pkluk's reasonable satisfaction. Winnings generated by ineligible accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full features of the pkluk platform, users must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. pkluk may reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pkluk account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pkluk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

4.3 Account Verification

pkluk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method at any time, but particularly before processing a withdrawal above a designated threshold. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by pkluk may result in account suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pkluk will never request your password via any channel. You agree to notify pkluk immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. pkluk accepts no liability for losses arising from a failure to safeguard login credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

pkluk currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkluk does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your pkluk account dashboard and may vary depending on your verified account status and selected payment method.
• pkluk does not impose platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which pkluk accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified users are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. pkluk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or unusual activity has been detected on the account.

5.4 Prohibition on Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from accounts or wallets registered to third parties are not permitted and will be returned where possible. Winnings funded by third-party deposits may be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

pkluk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game types, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

• Bonuses are available to verified users who have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per user, household, device, and payment method unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• pkluk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering, any unmet wagering contribution will be removed and the residual bonus balance will be voided.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage wagering, low-risk wagering combinations, or exploitation of system errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the pkluk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Rules for each market are accessible within the pkluk platform interface. In the case of event cancellations, postponements, or result disputes, pkluk will apply the relevant sport-specific rules to determine settlement. Where no specific rule applies, pkluk's decision shall be final.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the pkluk platform — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-streamed dealing environments provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from within the game interface or from the game provider's documentation.

7.3 Void Bets and Error Correction

pkluk reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has been placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance. pkluk will not honour winnings derived from manifest errors regardless of whether the bet was accepted at the time of placement.

Responsible Gaming

pkluk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform makes available a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkluk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban without prior notice:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the pkluk platform in any manner not intended by pkluk.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the pkluk platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for third-party wagers without prior written consent from pkluk.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkluk staff or other users through any communication channel.

pkluk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in matters involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. User data may be disclosed in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkluk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and interface design — is the intellectual property of pkluk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the pkluk platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of pkluk. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial access to the platform for legitimate gaming purposes. pkluk grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for this purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkluk's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkluk accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use, regardless of the amount involved.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from inadequate credential management by the user.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pkluk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

pkluk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting withdrawal rights, bonus eligibility, or account closure procedures — pkluk will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at pkluk.im/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. If you disagree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the pkluk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkluk is incorporated as an offshore entity. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, users are encouraged to contact pkluk's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pkluk will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute resolution procedures specified in this section will apply.

pkluk operates as an offshore platform. Users located in Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. pkluk makes no representation that the platform is lawful in any particular location.
